Our chili crisp is shelf-stable and packaged securely to ensure it arrives safely and in great condition.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if there is a shipping-related issue (damage, incorrect item, missing item), please contact us and we’ll make it right.
